Co Founder and Head Chef of the ENSC Mhairi Peattie launches a new series of Supper Clubs at the ENSC. Mhairi who recently left her position as Head Chef at the successful Seafood restaurant the Dory Bistro and Gallery joins Darren in their venture bringing a new spot to the Fife dining scene. Bringing a passion for the most local produce Mhairi will use only local suppliers to ensure hyper seasonality and super freshness. She is passionate about the micro economy of the East Neuk. Her love of foraging and growing her own produce will also shine through menus that move through all aspects of the local food basket! The first menu features Bisque made from Pittenweem landed Langoustine, the first of the Courgettes and Baby beetroot from East Neuk Market Garden, Isle of May Line caught Mackerel and the mighty Hake courtesy of David Lowrie Fish merchants, St Monans.   There will of course be some East Neuk Salted treats! The supper clubs will take place against the unique industrial backdrop of the ENSC premises in an intimate setting of a large table for twelve.  The first evening launches on Friday 17th June with a welcome appearance from the beautiful tones of local singer songwriter Dale Radley. Friday is a sell out so Saturday has been opened up too with tickets selling fast! For more details and to book tickets follow the link
